PRACTICE OVER TIME

Meditation needs more than information.

01

A teaching can open and transmit something.

02

A retreat can clarify the path.

03

A guided meditation can help you stay on the path.

But practice matures through continuity.

Through returning to the cushion, learning how to work with what actually arises, asking questions, receiving guidance, and practicing alongside others.

The meditation ecosystem inside the Integral Dojo is designed to support that kind of depth over time.

FREE MEDITATION COMMUNITY

Begin in the Deep End.

The Deep End Meditation Community is the free Sangha at the heart of the Integral Dojo’s meditation ecosystem.

Join live gatherings, explore Dharma themes, ask questions, and practice alongside others without needing to commit to a paid program.

There is nothing to catch up on. Begin with what is happening now.

ONGOING PRACTICE

Build a deeper practice rhythm.

The Meditation Discovery Cycle is the ongoing paid practice layer inside the Deep End Meditation Community.

It offers a more sustained rhythm of Dharma teaching, meditation, Sangha Practice, Practice Q&A, Dharma Bites, and daily sitting support for people who want continuity on the path.

MDC is not a course to complete.

It is a living practice container designed to help you return, stay engaged, and deepen over time.

MEDITATION WITH MILES

Meditation with Miles.

Miles Kessler is an internationally recognized meditation teacher with more than 25 years of teaching experience and over 25,000 hours of meditation practice.

His training is deeply rooted in the Burmese Mahasi Vipassana tradition, including extensive practice with Sayadaw U Pandita and Vivekananda.

Over the years, his teaching has ranged from foundational mindfulness to advanced insight practice, how to navigate the difficult stages of meditation, and the integration of contemplative realization into everyday life.

Miles also brings decades of experience in Aikido, embodiment, developmental practice, and conflict work to his teaching. This gives his approach to meditation a distinctly embodied and integrative quality: practice is not only about what happens on the cushion, but about how awareness is lived in relationship, challenge, and ordinary life.

About Miles

PERSONAL GUIDANCE

Work directly with Miles.

Sometimes the most useful next step is not another course, but a more personal conversation.

One-to-one work offers a focused space to explore your meditation practice, a particular difficulty or transition, questions arising on the path, or the integration of contemplative insight into everyday life.

The work is shaped around where you are and what you are actually working with.
